Time to prepare for upcoming election of Directors from Bermuda, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. If I can get names of candidates, they will be included on agenda. If we cannot fill a Directors position for a particular state, an individual from outside of that state may be nominated.

I will be at DC mid morning on Friday if anyone needs to meet. I will be staying over both Friday & Saturday nights.

KFNE-JOINT MEETING FOR 2014-2015 BOARD & 2015-2016 BOARD

President John would like to have a Joint Meeting of the Boards on Saturday, September 12TH

Good Morning Everyone!

The Joint Meeting of the 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 Board Members will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Rockland Trust, 58 Main Street, Franklin, MA 02038. I am just waiting to hear from President John to confirm a time and I will let you know as soon as I hear from him. Some of you have already let me know you will not be able to attend. For those of you who will be attending, here are directions from Dave Peterson. If anyone should have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  I will be in touch again once I am certain about the time. Thanks J

There is a very large parking lot behind the bank so there's no need to park on the street.

Most everyone will be coming via Route 495. It's a few exits north of the exit used for the Mansfield Holiday Inn, which many of you are familiar with.

If coming up Route 495N from the Cape: I'd take Exit 16, right at top of the ramp and at 2nd set of lights take left at Walgreens (140N). Follow into Franklin Center and you will see bank on left hand side- stay in left lane if you can. To get to parking lot, continue past the bank and take a left at the corner at Vallee's Jewelers (following route 140) and a left at the next corner. To enter parking lot, take a left at "Rockland Trust" signs. (The lot is across the street from Franklin Fire Dept.)

If coming down Route 495S from points north: I'd take Exit 17, Route 140S. Left at top of ramp. Follow about 1.5 miles by Dean College. When one lane becomes two, try to get into left lane and take a left into bank parking lot at "Rockland Trust" signs. (The lot is across the street from Franklin Fire Dept.)

If you happen to drive by the entrance, Franklin Center is basically a rotary so just go around (keep taking lefts) and try again.

Meeting room is actually in a separate building right next to the bank but will be clearly marked for all to see.
